This bespoke multi-functional garden room was designed and built by Pecasa Ltd to create a stylish, year-round space combining a home office, family room, and integrated WC.

The client wanted a structure that would feel like a true extension of their home, offering a quiet workspace during the day and a comfortable family space in the evenings.

To achieve a premium architectural look with minimal maintenance, the exterior was finished with Millboard Oak Board & Batten cladding, giving the building a natural timber appearance while benefiting from modern composite durability.
